Landscape Design & Build
We understand that your property is a big investment and we want to help our clients accomplish the dreams they have for their property. From new construction landscaping to updating existing landscapes, we will work with you to create a beautiful, and practical landscape design, customized for your property.
During this meeting we will discuss what what type of landscape design projects you have in mind, and suggest plants that will work for your given environment. If you have pictures of plants or ideas you would like to incorporate, please provide them during the consultation. We also ask that you provide a copy of your property survey at this meeting (usually be found with your closing documents).
The landscape design process is the ultimate combination of art and science. During this process, we take into account your landscape style preferences, as well as the plants' soil, sunlight, and irrigation requirements. Typically the design process takes anywhere from 2-6 weeks, depending on time of year, our current work load, and size of project. To give you visual representation of what the landscaping will look like our design will include 3D renderings or 2D design plans based on the scope of the project. Check out a few examples of our designs below.
After you have approved the design and proposal we can begin the installation phase. We take pride in every job we do, and will always leave your property cleaner than before we arrived.
We offer recurring landscape maintenance options to all our design clients. We recommend this option to keep your plants healthy and looking their best. Typically included in our maintenance packages are: Fertilizing, ornamental pruning, irrigation maintenance, ornamental pest control.
Our team has completed the Green Industries Best Management Practices program, through the University of Florida and are also Certified Horticulture Professionals through Florida Nursery, Growers, and Landscape Association. These programs teach environmentally safe landscaping practices that help conserve and protect Florida's ground and surface waters. They emphasize “Florida Friendly” plants, and “the right plant in the right location”. This translates to less irrigation and fewer pesticides. For the property owner, this will save you time, money, and effort; increase the beauty of the landscape; and protect the health of your family, pets, and the environment. Our service areas for landscape design & build include: Palm Beach Gardens, North Palm Beach, Jupiter, and Tequesta.
